After insisting she was near death for 20 years, Aunt Celeste, fit as a fiddle and negative as an overdrawn checkbook, was killed when a bookshelf pinned her to the floor.  No one questioned why the 7 foot bookcase only housed heavy encyclopedias on the top 2 shelves and her medications just out of her reach over her head on the third.
